1. Overview

Bancr Advisory ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit bancradvisory.com or interact with our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

• Contact form data. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, company (optional) and your message. We also log the IP address of the submitting device for abuse prevention.
• Email correspondence. If you email us directly, we retain those messages for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal requirements.
• Server logs. Our servers automatically record standard request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp, URL path) for security and performance.
• Website questionnaire & SMS opt-in. When you use our website questionnaire (for example at bancradvisory.com/start) we collect your name, business name, email address, your quiz answers, and — only if you choose to provide it — your mobile phone number. If you check the SMS consent box, we also record that consent so we can send you text messages about your website plan.

On our website questionnaire and related conversion pages we may use Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure advertising performance and improve our marketing. These tools may set cookies (you can control cookies through your browser settings) and collect browsing and ad-interaction data only — they do not receive your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent data.

3. How we use information

• To respond to inquiries you send via the contact form or email.
• To send a transactional acknowledgment email when you submit the contact form.
• To operate, secure and improve the website and our services.
• To comply with applicable laws, regulations and lawful requests.

4. SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our website form (for example at bancradvisory.com/start), you agree to receive text messages from Bancr Advisory about your website plan, your free homepage preview, appointment scheduling and related follow-ups.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use our services without opting in to texts.
• Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us.
• Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You may also email us to be removed.
• We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in / messaging consent data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is disclosed only to our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of sending the messages you requested, and to no one else. No mobile opt-in data or messaging consent is shared with any third party for any other purpose.

Message delivery is subject to your carrier; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Service providers

We use Google Workspace (Gmail SMTP) to send and receive transactional email related to your inquiry, and MongoDB Atlas (or an equivalent managed database) to store submissions securely. We also use Anthropic (Claude) via the Emergent Universal Key to generate a short internal summary and priority classification of each inbound submission so we can respond faster; the content of your message is transmitted to that provider for that purpose only and is not used to train third-party models. We use Twilio to deliver SMS/text messages to recipients who have opted in; mobile numbers are shared with Twilio only to send those messages and are not used for any other purpose. We may additionally use a B2B visitor-identification service that resolves anonymous business-visitor traffic to a company name and, where available, professional contact details (such as a name, LinkedIn profile, and work email) using the provider's identity graph. Any such service applies to U.S. visitors only and does not process identifiable data for EU/UK residents. Identified visitors can request removal at any time via hello@bancradvisory.com. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.

6. Data retention

Contact submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@bancradvisory.com.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, port or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email above.

8. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including TLS in transit, rate limiting, authenticated admin access and least-privilege configuration — to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International users

Bancr Advisory is based in Miami, Florida, United States. If you submit information from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of that information in the United States.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes.
